We live in tragic times. When the sanctity of privacy is removed from communications between humans talking about murdering other humans, the human element is removed from human relations and thereafter, man’s status is reduced to that of animals. It’s even worse when those communications are manipulated and distorted, by tecnology I suppose, to create a dialogue which is radically different from what occurred -all done by those who weild the power of the press and use the same to persecute and slaughter the character of others. A society in such state borders on anarchy. No one is truly exempt, no one is truly safe, unless they grovel with indignity before those who weild the power to which I have made reference. For in their minds, they are above the law like us and everything and anyone else . Any one who tries to apply to them the norms of civilized society and the rule of law, exposes himself and his family to the butality of their attacks. I will not succumb to cowardice. I am simply not genetically configured that way. History will absolve me. Good always triumphs over evil.

  • 130 people like this.
  • Rajesh Ramgolam Imagine a man can hack or get access to private and confidential emails (REGARDLESS of whether the information contained in such emails should not have been disclosed) as well as surreptitiously taping a private conversation between two persons and then distorting the context and content of such conversation, but still have so many “defenders of law and order on his side” then something is seriously wrong in our society. Indeed, Good Always Triumphs Over Evil
  • Joseph Atkinson Anil stay strong and as the British always say keep ur chin up.
  • Trisha La Rose Well said for the devil is always at work in this times we can’t trust no man but god have a bless day my friend !
  • Shirlana Heywood Stay strong’get close to JesusChrist okay. Do u have whatsapp.
  • Joshua Marius Muridall I’m not sure what bothers me more, the dialogue between two people or the mere fact that the conversation which was suppose to have been “private” was leaked and interpreted to be some great conspiracy to kill or attack someone. I’m not justifying the content of the conversation, but the inexcusable reason to leak the god dame thing all over the place. This was a planned telephone call to manipulate the Minister by using the friendship and trust of that same reporter to do such, I am just concern of the fact that a Minister’s private conversation can be easily recorded and uploaded for mass defamation of his Character.
  • Mohabir Anil Nandlall In my post I omitted to thank all those who have supported me on this and on many of the other issues which I advocate on. I apologise for that omission
  • Theresa Aarifa ^5 Mr. AG! keep your head high, Im sending you te arrowhead walk proud ! lies have a short lifespan!
  • Singh Lennie The bigger issue here is the violation of one’s right to a private conversation. The real cowards are the ones that surreptitiously records another to score cheap points. I have friends on both sides of the political environs in Guyana- should I record them and broadcast on youtube…all it takes is ” this call is monitored for quality assurance purposes”. When telephone conversations are intended to be private , it should be respected as such…common decency.
  • Bibi Ramlall Khan GOOD ALWAYS TRIUMPHS OVER EVIL. those who think they are above the law and above man they fail to realise they are below god. their evil ways will soon be exposed and the world will know who they truly are
  • Jaden Isra Regardless of Country or State governs the situation, it is always illegal to record a phone call or private conversation to which you are not a party, do not have consent from at least one party, and could not naturally overhear.
    I think u were set up by the reporter trust no one u have the right of freedom of speech !
    Be strong karma is like a bitch !
  • Jaipaul Dhanpaul God is the Judge and Vengeance belongs to God..,,,, no man is above God’s Universal Laws…..what a man sow he shall reap….. And if u believe in Karma I rest my case…..
  • Zena Durga Well said Mohabir Anil Nandlall ,you said it all.I see technology at its best there.In Burnham time that garbage of newspaper had to be closed for good.The government tolerate this newspaper too long printing anything they feel like.Shut him down.I personally had an experience with them ,The reporter came at my house and spoke with me when the article was published it was far from what I said.You lift your head up high don’t allow no one to drag you in the gutter.Stay focus Sir.
  • Chandani Chanand Kshatriya people are suppose to be strong….good always triumphs over evil
  • Bick Oodhican Mr. Nandlall! This is one of the results of modern technology – the unexpected and undesirable of human behavior. Things like this do take place in other developed countries but with consequences. The law is the answer. My advice to you, do not make this slide under the carpet. I am sure you can get help from other fiendly experienced countries. The Guyana government has reliable friends. Be strong and God bless
  • Satanand Mahabir The manner in which the reporter spoke seems like he knew it was going to be leaked. It’s violation of your rights to me and you should sue the master mind behind that. Nevertheless you proved that your clean so keep it that way. They will come harder.
  • Susan Mohase Imagine how rice farmers feel when there asking government for help anf are being pushed around from one office to the next
  • Cecil Cartwright Always remember, there are those who are does of evil. But good always triumph over evil. Regardless to the prosperity that they may seam to achieve.
    God always vindicate the good
  • Raheema Rahaman May Allah keep you strong my son. .stay cool. I know what it is to be violated. .no trust. .nothing goes unpaid. .These people are evil demonic and outcast from the society. .The Lord is merciful. .don’t worry. .you will come out ON TOPS. BEFORE YOU KNOW IT. .STAY STRONG MY SON STAY STRONG. .LOVE YOU AND THEIR ARE THOUSANDS WHO SUPPORTS YOU. .ALLAH BLESS YOU. .
  • Glendolyn Ferreira Stay cool Anil, you know better so do better!
  • Chitra Matadin Behari MR. Anil. they can’t keep a good man down.
  • Sherry Khan I still believe someday you will be our president

  • Mohabir Anil Nandlall Trust me my friends I wish I never picked up that phone that day to speak to a person whom I considered close and confidential having attended QC together …so many years ago…I thought I was having a private and personal conversation with a person whom I know most of my life…my conversation was never intended to be manipulated and for public consumption.
  • Andrew Muridall My dear AG, I hope u realized that there is no loyal friends left in this world. Please be careful next time
  • Andre-ShellyMaryam Razah Minister Mohabir, some friends change over the years, time for you to start filtering some of them!
  • Zena Durga Go sleep Anil,you have greater things ahead to deal with .We all have private conversations with people on the phone that if it gets to the public it wouldn’t be nice to hear . Goodnight !!!
  • Rose Chattergoon Mohamed AG, it’s a good thing is only for most of your life and not all your life, better believe he is now now your best ENEMY.
  • Derek Kowlessar gildarie is not a bad person, he like you were in difficult positions due to work & choices people make, this will all come to pass & positive outcomes for everyone will be realized.

    Go placidly amid the noise and the haste,

    and remember what peace there may be in silence.
    As far as possible, without surrender,
    be on good terms with all persons.
    Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
    and listen to others,
    even to the dull and the ignorant;
    they too have their story.
    Avoid loud and aggressive persons;
    they are vexatious to the spirit.
    If you compare yourself with others,
    you may become vain or bitter,
    for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
    Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
    Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
    it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
    Exercise caution in your business affairs,
    for the world is full of trickery.
    But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
    many persons strive for high ideals,
    and everywhere life is full of heroism.
    Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection.
    Neither be cynical about love,
    for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment,
    it is as perennial as the grass.
    Take kindly the counsel of the years,
    gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
    Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
    But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
    Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
    Beyond a wholesome discipline,
    be gentle with yourself.
    You are a child of the universe
    no less than the trees and the stars;
    you have a right to be here.
    And whether or not it is clear to you,
    no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
    Therefore be at peace with God,
    whatever you conceive Him to be.
    And whatever your labors and aspirations,
    in the noisy confusion of life,
    keep peace in your soul.
    With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
    it is still a beautiful world.
    Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.
  • Romona Singh They will always be that one person or persons in life who will want to see you fail and fall and will do everything in there power to do so. Its up to you to either fight for what is right or let the loser bring you down.
  • Salima Deen my friend this is what freedom of speech is for some to go beyond the limit n write any and everything
  • Sandra Persaud just keep on doing the good work ,all the best.
  • Taij Seetaram You have done well in launching proceedings….this shows that you have the grit, determination and courage to defend victims from unscrupulous people who feel that they are ‘above the law’…success will set a Strong Precedent……
  • Mohamed Hussain Don’t worry buddy be strong don’t be distracted be focus on your excellent job your conversation is a testimony to your honesty and integrity
