2008 records highest murders in Guyana’s ‘post.white’ history!
at the rate things are shaking out, 2008 is already the deadliest year ever for murders in Guyana [we not counting the white rule years!!] we’ve already eclipsed the 150 murder totals of 2006 which was the trailblaizing year.
it’s of note that the daily decaires and the glen lall found it fit to report on the killing sprees of 2008. and let’s not foget that many of these murders and sponsored, funded and organised by east indian businessmen using Black desperadoes. Read the rest of this entry »
Guyana murder rate up and running in collaboration with Ministry of Tourism
after the slaughter of Nafeeza Khan we decided to restart the Guyana Crime Bureau. we got a call from the minister of tourism and another from the Guyana Tourism Authority who both want to work in collaboration with propaganda press on a comprehensive murder meter to keep you posted on the names and number of Guyanese being shot, chopped, stabbed, jooked, run down and/or beaten to death as it happens.

Is it safe when you could again randomly be targeted at the airport to be robbed, trailed to your home or hotel or an appropriately lonely stretch of road and be set upon by gun-toting bandits? This has happened countless times over the years. That there has not been such an incident in the very recent past is not because of any action by law enforcement authorities. Rather, it’s because travellers have become much more alert and employ subterfuges to confuse any would-be ambusher.Is it safe, when like the Chinese team whose expertise built the Skeldon diesel plant or the Cuban doctors who contribute in the public health care system you could be attacked and robbed by thieves with little or no redress by the authorities?
