Umaru Yar’Adua is brain dead – Turai Yar’Adua in charge from Saudi Arabia

Umaru Musa Yar'Adua photo from saudi arabia

Shehu Inuwa Imam sent us this photo from saudi arabia

NEXT: President Umaru Yar’Adua is seriously brain damaged, is not able to recognise anyone, including his wife Turai, and can no longer perform the functions of the office of the president, according to multiple sources who have spoken to NEXT on Sunday.

But this fact, which has left a nation of 150 million people rudderless and its government in disarray, is being concealed from the public through an elaborate scam orchestrated directly and energetically by the First Lady.

Turai Yar’Adua has barred all but two security and one civilian aide, and a legislator from having access to the president in a two-tier power loop of which she is the organising principal. The inner core consists of the president’s chief security officer, Mohammed Tilde, and his military ADC, Mustapha Onoedieva; an infantry colonel from Edo State. Through Mrs. Yar’Adua, this small knot works with Shehu Inuwa Imam, a member of the House of Representatives from Katsina State who is the president’s childhood friend; Tanimu Yakubu, the president’s chief economic adviser; and Sayyadi Abba Ruma, the agriculture minister. She is also aided by Inuwa Baba, the senior private adviser to the president on protocol matters.

Mr. Baba is an old Yar’Adua family friend, so loyal that he once got into prison uniform to stay behind bars with Shehu Musa Yar’Adua, the elder brother of the current president. who died in Abacha’s gulag in 1999.

  1. How can we be sure all these are true. Nigerian news are giving us another view of the story. We all believe the situation is not as critical as pronounced.

in a free world you can believe anything you wish
but if all is well as you would like to believe, explain what would keep a president away from his country for 50 days in total secrecy?
we’re almost certain he is close to death and will reveal more later

    • Very simple, then explain his absence for so long. He was in poor health and was degenerating very quickly: however based on rumours he may have died or seriously ill.

  7. We are not praying for the death of our Father Yar’adua No! But the country is stagnated by his indisposition… Is Nigeria so disorganized that The Vice President cannot sequel to the Provisions of the law be sworn in? We may no longer need to know whether the president is alive or dead since it’s being hidden from us let the country move without him. Let Goodluck carry on.If the President is alive God help him If he is dead God rest his soul…Amen

  8. Why would the president of a nation die and its being kept secret from the public for so long….? Why can’t the Vice-President be sworn in as the new president? Is the issue of ‘power rotation’ the cause of this delay which made Nigeria headless and voiceless for months…? They are up to something!

  9. Nigeria as a nation and Africa’s No.1 should be ashamed that the whereabouts of her president is unknown. It is all over news that the President is missing. All men are mortals and must die one day. So,if our president is dead, let those at the corridors of power make it known to us and he will be accorded a befitting/state burial but if he is alive, let him address us from wherever he is,live on television screen.I wonder why particularly Madam Dora Akunyiri is keeping the entire people in dark especially now that we are preparing for golden celebration.May God grant us crisis-free celebration!

    • Please stop calling Nigeria Africa´s no.1! It never was and never will be, every day staying in this country is just giving me the surety of this! This country is a big Hollywood copy, and a bad one!

  10. Nigerian’s are watching, like what FELA said in his album sorrow, tears and blood.may his pecfect soul rest in peace..Thats our problem,no body wan die,so nigerians do not have mouth, the government does what they like, all they are doing now is looting our money from one bank to another, they want to steal enough money, before they announce what is happening to him, they are fustrating the youths of that country,i thank God am no more in that country, but men will get back with a full force with God’s grace. The time will come that their children will suffer what they are making the masses suffer now.A very rich country like Nigeria, people sufferring in every state, youths travelling out of the country every day to seek for bread, due to nothing doing in the country, while some people have billions of pounds and dollars in different bank accounts all over the world, they think we dont know all this,ASIA AND ARAB are where they take the money now to since AMERICA AND BRITAIN have stopped them. The fucking efcc, they go about disturbing young boy on the streets while they have forgotten that the government did not provide jobs for them.STAYING IN NIGERIA ALONE IS FORSTRATING. The president was good, but immediately he entered there, they turned his head into a football field, and directs him on what to do.FUCK MY GOVERNMENT.I SAID IT.Another thing,NigerDelta has been the states that made that country so wealthy, all of what comes out of there is been taken to the north..They have ruled for years..Now is for that same states to become the president due to nature, you can imagine what they are moumouring about…WE NEED A REVOLUTION IN THAT COUNTRY

  11. My shock is that the President of a country is ill and maybe dead, and a woman is keeping the whole country in an unreasonable suspense. I ask. what is the national Assembly doing? What is the Attorney-general doing? And what is happening with the leadership of PDP? This is incredibly insensous.I can’t believe that our national integrity can be abused, dragged and reduced to petty by our leaders, especially our women leader. If nothing is done soon, very soon, my eyes are wet.

  22. Hmmmm, its very disgusting to hear that the president of Nigeria could be smuggled into the country late night after the long awaited day of his return….is he a ghost? or is he insane that he could not speak to the people that voted for him after his return.I don’t blame his wife, you know women believe they have it all when you put them into power along with their husband, because i don’t understand why Turai did not also sit and think that his husband is a public figure that should not be kept away from the people. All the best to this country..Do your best and leave the rest.

  23. Do we all realize that the acting president of Nigeria was not aware of the arrival of the sick president back home nights back,he was brought into the country with enough deployment of soldiers at the airport..i keep asking myself if they plan restraining the acting president or the good people of this country that voted for this Fulani man years back in seeing him.God knows..The Executive arm of the Government also has zero knowledge of where the country is heading to.We need God’s hand right now in Nigeria

  26. Dear Nigerians,

We should realise that no matter what Turai is upto, there is still nothing too hard for God to do. It will come to the knowledge of every Nigerian someday that our President is either DEAD OR ALIVE. Lets just be patient and wait on God as Turai and other close allies of Mr. President will not keep the truth from the public forever. God has a way of exposing things and He alone will do so soonest.

  27. The cleopatra of our time. She has overworked him.The country should not trust Turai. Im not praying for the death of Yaradua, but if anything happen Turai should be blamed 4 overworking him. Devil is a liar. Hiding d truth just to acomplish her selfish intererest Nigerians watch out. She’ll cause war like Cleopatra of egypt.

  28. I am ashamed that something like this will still be happening in this modern times.Societies have grown beyond a thing like this. Our leaders are accursed.I pity Turai, power corrupts.

Posted by Ben Uvie | March 22, 2010, 9:48 am
  29. Mrs Turai should understand that the oath of office her husband took does not include”in sickness and in health?” she should understand that leadership is not a do or die affair. Since she has insisted on keeping the Mr presidents affair private let Nigerians forget about them, he should go and take care of his health, lets make Dr Goodluck our chief in command and not ‘acting’ we need to wake up Nigerians, we need to wake up!!!
