AN YUE JIANG - INFORMATION
PRESS RELEASE – 1530 hrs
The AN YUE JIANG is now back on Lloyd’s MIU AIS. The position, south of the Cape, may fit with earlier reports that the vessel had gone up towards Angola or Namibia and turned back, possibly bound Dar es Salaam on its way back to China.
According to Lloyd’s MIU AIS, general cargo An Yue Jiang was located 57.2 nautical miles from Cape of Good Hope, South Africa, in lat 34 47 34.39S, long 19 18 36.55E, at 1422, UTC, today, course 294.5 deg, speed 10.5 knots.
