Justice in Guyana has become a case of judicial and extra judicial sanctions against "just us", the African Guyanese segment of the population. From Roger Khan to Sugrim, the count of Indians with legal conflicts being relieved from the burden of punishment for their criminal deeds is infinite. Even in South Africa, in the prime of its apartheid policy, illegality of whites did not receive this level of relief from the Criminal Justice System. Guyana has completely been turned into an ethnic apartheid nation in which rules are tweaked and bent to favor the dominant ethnic group in power. This is par for the course of justice in Guyana.
