Many of them indeed make offers to groupings, to sectors, many times independent of any engagement with the administration. This one is no different,” end quote. What this clearly proves is that Carolyn Rodrigues was given these mean spirited and vindictive instructions to stop aid going to the affected farmers and others in Buxton. The PPP leadership and sycophancy contain some of the most despicable racist in this world. And so ensconced is this antipathy within their souls, that to them, it is racist of you to point it out or illuminate it. They believe that they have an inherrent right to be racist. Go figure.
