it’s was a mild shock when we read confessions of a political hit-woman by the mysterious, lusty, sultry, child bearing hips anita singh back on feb 8. but even for us here down in dept of virtue & suppression of vice suppression, we’re at a lost of words that we’ve come in twice in two months for tongue lashings in the daily-fishwrap. the spin cycle can’t be that bad in Guyana. why all the panic, pandemonium & fascination with propaganda press?

they only playin’ like they sleepin’ but we know, they know and they know we know they watchin’ we and tekkin’ notes for a counteroffensive. but we not sleepin’. to the agent provocateurs of the PPP remember one thing, we left the plantation a long time ago and we ain’t going back. we riding out like Nat Love aka Deadwood Dick.

Malicious and perverted allegations

I refer to Dr. Tara Singh’s brilliant essay on the Rickford Burke case of his malicious and perverted allegations against the government of President Jagdeo and the people of Guyana.

This insidious attempt by someone is not surprising since such groups and individuals exist in the US, propagating their twisted ideology in order to embarrass or to undermine the duly elected governments, as in this case Guyana.

These individuals and groups have the freedom and elasticity to practice whatever they believe in but in such large countries as the US, their venom and hatred is lost and their significance melts away in a population that is not responsive nor cares about the problems of these nutcases. But when these aberrations surface in such small countries as Trinidad and Guyana, such distorted propaganda and hatred are magnified hundredfold in the small media and as such reaches a wide cross section of its people, most of whom in the opposition fall and believe in such crap. It thus becomes a gospel truth and dangerous to the public safety of the state. Mr. Burke is a prime example of such a propaganda distortion of the truth. Mr. Burke’s false statements has come through the Internet, a medium which many irresponsible statements and false stories are printed and his is not an exception. His internet articles come through a source called ” PROPAGANDA PRESS” headlined “BOYCOTT GUYANA 2008″. The sub-title was the culture of crime and corruption in the Guyana government. He described an incident involving a minister and another person who had a personal altercation as representative of the corruption in Guyana. What a dope! At the bottom of his Internet website there is the symbol of an AK-47, typical of these loony fringe individuals and groups.

In Dr. Tara Singh’s article he describes Burke as having stated that President Jagdeo has allowed the security forces, national infrastructure and Afro-Guyanese as being disregarded and neglected by the ruling government. I don’t have to repeat Dr. Singh’s superb answer to the likes of Burke and his cohorts whose twisted ideologies are being used as propaganda by renegade elements in the GDF and GPF to wage murderous assaults on the state and people of Guyana. Burke and his ilk in spewing their hatred conveniently overlooks the fact that so far all of the weapons and equipment used in the deadly assault and murderous rampage against the citizens of Guyana are from the armoury of the GDF and all those being court martialed now are former soldiers of the GDF. These sympathisers of the Burnham era and the present opposition are well educated and trained in the army and the huge stockpile of weapons of the GDF and GPF armouries are tempting the idle hands of these renegades. Their visions are to overthrow the democratically elected government of Guyana, but what to replace it with, I don’t think they have the foggiest idea. There are some internet websites that are printing articles that illustrate the distorted intelligence of these propagandists that Indo-Guyanese are suppressing and killing Afro-Guyanese and they, notwithstanding the fact that all of the weapons that were missing from the GDF were used by Afro-Guyanese soldiers, who control, use and distribute them and arming criminals who have killed people, the majority of whom are Indo-Guyanese. Burke and his Alzheimer’s mind forgets this conveniently. This distorted intelligence is instilled into these propagandists is nothing new. The Burnham era spawned these creatures, born from the core of radicalism and dictatorial and one-party paramountcy in the quest for power.
