Rough Seas Litter Caribbean Beaches With Coral
red Orbit: An Atlantic storm that kicked up huge waves reaching as high 30 feet has caused the beaches of Barbados to become littered with pieces of broken coral.
Some of the white coral had washed up in chunks as heavy as seven pounds, with their polyps rubbed away by the rough surf.
Scientists reported Sunday that the amount of coral rubble on the island’s coast may indicate damage to the region’s coral reefs.

Kaieteur News: Another Buxton resident was shot dead yesterday while fleeing from members of the Joint Services.
Tyrone Pollard, a television/DVD technician said to be in his mid-40s, and whom Police said was wanted for three murders, was shot, at around 09:00 hours, after he had managed to cross the Buxton Sideline Canal in his bid to escape capture.

4000 American occupying troops sent to heaven in Operation OIL
The US military in a statement said four soldiers were killed by a roadside bomb during a patrol in southern Baghdad, after three soldiers were killed in a similar explosion in northwest Baghdad on Saturday.
The weekend attacks brought the number of total US fatalities to exactly 4,000…
