Guyana govt torture - photos of African victims
TORTURE, BLOODSHED & ETHNIC EXCLUSION IN GUYANA
David Leander was only seen by his attorney, Basil Williams, after Guyanese Supreme Court Judge, Jainarayan Singh, order that he be produced following Habeas Corpus proceedings. Leander’s torture and inhumane treatment is being likened to the infamous US military Abu Ghraib Prison scandal in Iraq.
Leander was so incapacitated that Justice Jainarayan Singh was, on November 2, 2007 forced to examine his condition in a vehicle in the court yard. Singh then ordered that he be taken to a hospital, where he was admitted. There has been no official condemnation of or inquiry into these acts of torture.

RELATIVES ALLEGE BARTICA TEEN BEATEN BY POLICE

Oliver Hinckson and Dorian Massay in custody - Guyana Police
Two men were arrested by the police today in connection with public statements made prior to the terrorism activities reigned upon the Bartica community.
The police are also searching for other persons allegedly linked to the event which preceded this terrorist act in Bartica.
Clement Rohee - “I ain’t Gajraj! Y’all ain’t gon force me out!”
When heckled that he should resign from his post for the failings in the security sector, the Minister said, “I ain’t Gajraj! Y’all ain’t gon force me out!” He was referring to former Home Affairs Minister Ronald Gajraj.

is the dance over? seems as if Kaiteur News went out of their way today to embarass Freddie today. had to read it 63 times and look at the fotos to believe our eyes. looks like they about to put you down Freddie and it ain’t lookin’ like a gentle goodnight. Freddie says he had standing room only crowd to one of his jamborees, but the picture shows six people, 4 PPP agent provoateurs, two dogs, a goat and three llamas.
