I watch the Bartica Video it was very disturbing to watch. The must disturbing part was the murder it self, and the way the victims remains was handle by the corner. Why couldn’t have cover the remains and handle them better. They are still people .they are still love by they families

I am in deep shock i am hurting so badly. i cannot eat…my community is shattered with this bloodshed. i have seen massacres in sudan and other parts of the world but never felt this way…..bartica is my home sweet home
we have never had this kind of violence. rest in peace my beloved ones. Edwin i will give support to your family……sleep on peaceful soul.
we will not be deterred we will continue to unite as a peaceful loving community. we will continue to pray for peace for all Guyana and for the salvation of fineman and his followers for they need jesus more than anyoneelse.

The hunt is on for the killers. That makes me pissed off. WHO WILL INVESTIGATE? THEY HAVE NO QUALIFIED PEOPLE FOR IT. Did you see the amount of cross contamination? How are they supposed to collect and preserve evidence? The camera people are in there poking around “INVESTIGATING” the day after like a bull in a China shop. Pffffft!
The murderers will probably never be caught, and if they do will not be prosecuted. It is indeed a shame. I hope those killers all get ass cancer!, oh no, no, I hope their prostate falls off!

this is so horrific… Abdool Yassin and I were in the same class at UG, we did managerial law together, i just cannot understand such senseless killing.. it must be so hard for his family… Edwin Gilkes’ sister taught me physics at Bishops’ High School.. i’m so scared for everyone in guyana.

The massacre at Bartica clearly demonstrates the country bumpkins who head the GDF and GPF.When Fineman slaugthered 11 persons at Lusignan ,they should have placed the entire state on a curfew after 6 pm until these heartless,drug addicted,low life and scums of the earth were executed.Bharrat Jagdeo is pumping millions more into these two entities and they cannot deliver the results.How come Roger Khan was able with the help out about six men take on the criminals and wipe them out ? This is probably the reason Desmond Hoyte croaked from a heart attack because it came as a shock that these criminals were turning up dead left right and center when the idiots and those who in the GDF and GPF supported the criminals failed to afford the citizens the protection they deserved.Bharrat Jagdeo comments when he visited Lusignan was that Indians don,t want to join the police force and army that is why they are at the receiving end of the gun barrels and army/police boots are an insult to all Guyanese East Indians who voted voted for the PPP.Why would Indians want to join the police force and army when 95% of these entities are staffed by Afro-Guyanese most of whom are racists par excellence and who support the PNC morally and financially? What happened to the East Indian Cadet Officer from the President Guard who joined the army to become a commisioned officer? He was murdered by the very trainers who were conducting the Standards Officers Course at Camp Stephenson .Three of them were indicted for the capital charge of murder.I, myself was a Cadet Officer in the Standard Officers Course #17 and I spent three gruelling months at Timehri before I asked for a honourable discharge to start my BA at UG.There is a conspiracy in the army and police force to keep East Indians out of the GDF and GDF so that they will huddle under the PPP for protection and remain docile to be subjugated by the Afro-Guyanese bastards who are living like parasites off the PPP government.Ask any East Indian in Guyana what they need and they will tell you a visa to the US or Canada because they see the futility of living in Guyana.They don,t know if they will wake up to see the next day as criminals appear to attack them with impunity while the army and police are running around like chicken without heads.This is the PPP government they voted for and whom they had relied on for protection. I was a teacher for ten years and I went to live in St Lucia in 1992 before I migrated to the US in 1994.I know the plight of the East Indians too well.My family was a victim of the PNC who used the House of Israel criminals to attack and burn my father,s house to ashes.The police was also involved and when we went to the Police Station at Vigilance ,my family was chased out as if were were not entitled to go there.At that time ,there was a PNC cutthroat East Indian police Inspector by the name of Ronald Ramsaroop who helped orchestrate this arson as my father had sued him in civil court for illegally searching our home and he had to destroy all evidence.If my father had succeeded he would have lost his job so he could not afford to take any chances.The Guyana police force and the army are full of corrupt and dubious individuals who just want to take the PPP government for a ride.How come the ex-police commissioner was able to hunt down Roger Khan and his so called Phantom Gang all the way to Suriname but he could not catch Fineman Rondell Rawlins and his gang.He just did not wanted to catch them as it would have served the PPP,s interest .Most of their victims were East Indians including Minister Sawh.Winston Felix had a personal vendatta against Roger Khan after he was exposed bad mouthing the very President and Home Affairs on wiretap so he had to capture Roger Khan one way or the other with the help of Atherly of the GDF.The two of them carried the most massive manhunt in Guyana,s history forcing Khan and his cohorts to flee to Suriname .He was eventually captured and handed over to Gary Tuggle from the DEA who was after him for alleged drug smuggling. The Guyanese East Indians are faced with a dilemma,stay in Guyana and bcome the next crime victim or migrate by whatever means necessary whether back-track ,front-track,permanent visa ,visitor visa,H1B visa or J,K M or V visas,they will take it and run until the jackases in the PPP government finally wake up and smell the gunpowder.

communism/socialism are theories that will never work in reality…countries with millions of people have tried it and failed - unless they suppress their people(still failed)…i can count on my fingers the amount of guyanese that migrated to those countries…we can learn a lot about unity from suriname…too many ’so called’ bright people running the ‘dolly house’…they are like ‘ghetto people’ forever stuck on ’stupid’.

the ‘dolly house’ model used in guyana for 42 yrs is a complete failure(wow, 2 tin-cup bridges) - in 1966 cancun, mexico & guyana had 7 hotels; in 2008, cancun has countless, let me count on my fingers how many are in guyana…of course the mexican govt transport the poor to the us borders -and kinda hope for remittances- but lots of exiled ‘bright’ guyanese(some pussies) ran to unwelcomed shores and the country depend on those remittances(oops, about to dry up)…can’t depend on drugs and remittances alone…long live bartica - bartica should get its own intl airport…come on pussy pussy, wake up.

Intellectualizing perceived social benefits from ‘Pimp Governments’ is an exercise for fools - debating ‘isms’ is futile. Guyanese run in droves to ‘free’ tiny island states(one even has an active volcano) - gee, I wonder why?.
So called academics in Guyana are mostly ‘BLAH, BLAH,BLAH’, eg, your leader critisizes the free world, yet offers 2/3 of Guyana to the highest bidder for carbon credits(flipflop)…a while back, when it was time for change, the ‘ACADEMICS’ show what pussies they were by becoming ostridges.
Academics love debating crap, it is a form of mental exercise - they usually have a boss; they lack the processing capacity to run a country much less a cake shop (read ‘the millionaire next door’).
We Guyanese have been ‘mentally raped and traumatized’ by successive ‘Pimp Governments’ experimenting with ‘isms’ rather than using time tested economic models, our model is a total failure - 1/2 of our population live beyond their land of birth - HOW SAD.

@Richie: Me brudda, I ent got time right now to reason with you properly regarding capitalism, but you wrong when you say is a complete waste of time to “debate ‘isms’” while Guyana (and the world at large) go down the drain, when the reason why Guyana and the world at large going down the drain got to do with these same ‘isms’ which need to be rooted out. You say in a capitalist society capital is king, wrong, the one who controls the capital is king, and ultimately the means to control and defend the said capital rests on violence. This percolates from the ‘highest’ to the ‘lowest’ levels of society and the atrocities in Guyana and around the world are part and parcel of it. The only ideology of capitalism is to accumulate more and more money in order to make more and more money whilst maximizing profits and minimizing investments. Hence slavery which was the institution that was completely intertwined with the growth of international capitalism. Organized brutality and mass murder for financial gain; that is the way of the world and I refuse to go along with it and believe it is ‘the only viable option’. I am no fan of oppressive so-called ‘communist’ or ’socialist’ regimes either but why should that be the only alternative?

I’m really, really pissed off at the way ‘Pimp Govts’ have and is treating Guyanese…at this point, I don’t care what works - I just hate any talk of Communism or Socialism…after 43 yrs of such bile, where is pragmatism.
I see Guyanese crying, leaving Guyana with 2 suitcases and a plane ticket, breaks my heart(more remits for the fat cats)…why is the Govt so stubborn and determined to destroy us…why are we so weak to fight back - 2 tin-cup bridges, banks and rum - is that our pacifier?…my people come first - f… everyone else - they don’t care a damn about us.
When I see our women walking on certain Caribbean beaches half naked - I get mad as hell; when we are called names around the Caribbean, I’m mad as hell; mediocrity being the norm in Guyana - crazy.
Nothing is set in stone…the white man is no god, his systems ‘Smith or Marx’ aren’t the only models to use - what are we afraid of? freedom, democracy or labour are not the monopoly of anyone…(read proverbs 6:6 and 14:23).
