The PPP Government is doing every thing in their power to arrest these men. The Joint Service is currently investigating the Massacre. The Government is NOT to be blame for The Bartica or the Lusigana Massacres. The gunman is the one to blame, and they are the ones coming and kill the innocent. The PPP government is the one who is protecting the people of this country.
