Kaieteur News: Rohee continued his presentation following the ruling but then said, “I still maintain the point, notwithstanding your ruling… I would not go against it, I will still comment on it somewhere outside of the Parliament because we believe in parliamentary and extra parliamentary ways of working and while you (speaker) have control in Parliament you certainly don’t have control over us outside of Parliament.”
This comment immediately evoked a response from the speaker of the house, “I think you are intimidating me …Are you attempting to intimidate me?”

this is the same Clement Rohee who got upset at the media for asking about his torturing Guyana Police Force and Army
