there is a video circulating the web that shows a man being slapped by a woman at a local drunk shop somewhere in Guyana. camp street? the man we know as criminal psychopath and minister of local government and regional affairs, brother number 26, kellawan ’shoot em up’ lall. we heard his girls call him ministuh licka shot. he was there apparently doing what he does best, getting drunk and sizing up the womens. we can all breath again ole kill.em.all kellawan did not pull out his guns or he would’ve made fineman look like a juvenile delinquent. [don't believe the farce and pee pee wee wee peddled myth that kill.em.all turned in his guns to the Guyana Police Force]
kudos to the lady whoever she is, she seems to have more…ahem…balls than most in Guyana and unlike fineman and similar clowns she took the fight to the enemy.

    Contacted, the minister denied that the incident occurred. “I don’t know about any assault. I was not assaulted and I don’t know what you are talking about,” Lall, who had admitted that he fired his gun during a brawl last year November, told Stabroek News when contacted yesterday.
    Some hours later, Attorney-at-Law Anil Nandlall issued a press statement on behalf of Lall, which said that the minister had gone to the snackette to purchase some food, when he was confronted by a woman with whom he had a relationship. “The woman’s behaviour was unfortunate, uncontrollable and very emotional,” the statement said. “My client wishes to emphasize that during this encounter he did not assault this woman nor was he the subject of an assault.”
