Bharrat Jagdeo to sue West Indies Board over Cricket World Cup money
PRESIDENT Bharrat Jagdeo yesterday said his criminal government will sue the crooks of the West Indies Cricket Board if the US$1M owed to him and his friends for Cricket World Cup is not handed over in dark coloured plastic bags.
“They have our money and they are not paying us,” Jagdeo told a press conference at his Presidential hideout in the Georgetown, formerly of garden city fame.The cash payable in small bills Jagdeo said is owed for tickets sold for Super Eight matches held in Guyana March/April, 2007. at the time they did bother to collect their cut of the gates then.
Where exactly he plans to sue is not clear, but we’re assured here at propaganda press that it will not be in any of the run down shacks of lawlessness we call courts in Guyana.
