I recommend Kellawan Lall for the Guyana Literary Prize - Hamilton Green
I noted with great interest the explanation of an incident by my most Honourable Minister Kellawan Lall, in the media.
I wish to congratulate him - first on saying, something albeit six (6) weeks after the occurrence.
Second, I hope he has no objection if I recommend him for the Guyana Literary Prize or the year’s best story.
He deserves our highest commendation, and a Happy New Year.
