Event: The Ministry of Health will be launching the “Million Mile Challenge” as part of its physical exercise programme for 2009. Minister of Health, Dr. Leslie Ramsammy, will initiate the walk for the million miles around the National Park, along with several civil society and business organisations.

Time: 08 hrs
Venue: The National Park.
NB: Persons will start assembling at 7:30 hrs on the lawns of the office of
the National Park’s Commission, Thomas Lands, Georgetown.
