Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Fourth Assessment Report final version
Climate Change 2007, the Fourth Assessment Report (AR4) of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), is the fourth in a series of such reports. The IPCC was established by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) to assess scientific, technical and socio-economic information relevant for the understanding of climate change, its potential impacts and options for adaptation and mitigation. Another horrific accident in Guyana (Bagotstown East Bank Demerara)
didn’t stop to investigate details but there is a horrific accident it looks like just after you make that turn over the Eccles industrial area bridge on the left hand side of the road a couple lots pass gourmet deli
there is a car lying in a yard perpendicular to the road with extensive damage…roof completely collapsed et cetera…it will be a MIRACLE of humongous proportions if no one was killed in this thing. huge crowds and Police all over the road right now.

Venezuelans lying about invasion into Guyana - Guyana Defence Force to remain cordial
STABROEK NEWS: There had been no further communication between local authorities and Venezuela within the last 24 hours, according to the minister, but exchanges were expected over the next few days. Though the facts were still to be had, he said, a transgression on Guyana’s territorial limits was evident.Insanally emphasized that information from the ground was critical at this stage and he added that the ministry was relying on the Guyana Defence Force (GDF) and the Guyana Police Force, both of whom were in the area conducting an investigation to provide a report on the incident.
In the event that a local GDF patrol confronted a Venezuelan military team in the Cuyuni River in Guyana’s territory, this newspaper was told that protocol stipulated that the GDF patrol should ask the Venezuelans to leave and maintain cordial interactions.

Whale found deep in Brazillian Amazon ran aground

An 18-foot minke whale ran aground on a sandbar in the Amazon jungle some 1,000 miles from the ocean, Brazilian media reported Friday. Globo television broadcast images of dozens of people gathered along the Tapajos River splashing water on the animal, whose back and dorsal fin were exposed to the hot Amazon sun. Mucyo commission report on France’s role in 1994 Rwanda Genocide complete
After nearly one and a half years of inquiry, the Mucyo commission has finally handed over a 500-page report on France’s alleged role in the 1994 Rwanda Genocide to President Paul Kagame and four other senior government leaders.
The commission president Jean de Dieu Mucyo submitted the report yesterday to Kagame, Senate President Dr Vincent Biruta, Prime Minister Bernard Makuza, Chief Justice Aloysia Cyanzayire and Vice Speaker Polisi Denis, who stood in for Speaker Alfred Alfred Mukezamfura.
