Chairman of the Board of the Guyana Power and Light (GPL) Ronald Alli and Head of the Guyana Energy Authority (GEA) Joseph O’Lall have been removed allegedly over the bungling of procurement arrangements for fuel supplies, this newspaper understands.

now Buddy’s Criminal Enterprise can flourish even more now that Jagdeo has decided that his criminal friend should be allowed to smuggle fuel without hindrance…among other things…and don’t forget that Buddy’s lights were cut of for good reason. he never paid his bills. but don’t feel sorry for Ronald and Joseph who are also criminals of high esteem…we know a fuel smuggler who’s got O’Lall’s cell number and all his supplies pass smoothly  because ‘ole Joe gets a fair share of the racket.
