millions of guyanese/trinidadians go off doing worse things, but no one says a word. In Guyana….Drug Lords are ruling over everyone, no one says anything. When One man decides to try to enrich everyones lives by preaching about the Lord….everyone looks at all the wrong he has done.

i am 39 years old and i am from guyana. i know exactly what you mean. i have always worshipped the Gita on my alter but you a 17 year old has taught me to read the actual scriptures and learn for myslef.
people want others to teach them…then when they are taught then they ridicule the teacher like Shri Prakash.
our Guyanese people and youth must learn the true meaning of our religion, it isn’t fun and games. it is more vvast and true. the Gita has taught me to rid myself of all this foolish thinking and focus on the lord.
in new york where i’m from all the guyanese men including myself go to bars everyday and drink like fish like you said. my son has also started the trend and he is out of control and i really didn’t care. but i know what dharma is and unless all the rest of us find out dharma they will always be in this state.
in queens where i live, a lot of peoples houses are under foreclosure this is true like you say. the reason for this is because of the economy but you are also correect because all the people them who are under foreclosure don’t do anything about it. they have no meaning for life.
i have realised that all the guyanese people in new york, if they all were wiped off the face of the earth, the world probably wouldn’t notice.
may knowledge of the Gita be to me you and everyone.
