I was present at the deposition. This information posted here is inaccurate– Don’t you have better things to do.
The deposition was not given in a Florida Courtroom; it was done in the confrence room of WHWW Law firm.
It does appear to me that the individual who made this posting cannot understand basic English Language and does not understand legal procedings altogether.
There were only two people in the room who could have contributed to this silly posting — Get a live foolish idiots! The sale was PROPER!

About the sale of the property from Bhuvaneshwar Mandir to the Ashram of Central Florida, the names of the individuals you listed above did not sell or buy — Bhuvaneshwar sold the property and the Ashram bought the property. This is legally acceptable by the IRS and the State Deaprtment of Florida. Further I am the Incorporator of the Ashram and I have the right to choose my friends. Additionally, I have made a special request for the Mandir to be guarded by Durga Ma. No evil minded individual will ever be able to go in that Mandir and cause any future problems. The Mandir has demonstrated resilience and will remain resilient.
If you don’t want to live by the truth, you should not be in religion!
If you don’t know the truth you should seek the truth!

Mind Games-Ego’s Agenda
For better or worse, many people believe that communicating in an honest and open way will not get them what they want. They have learned, instead, to play mind games or go on power trips in the service of their ego’s agenda. People become stuck in this destructive and inefficient style of communication. We do not have to get caught up in thinking we have to play the same games in order to defend ourselves .. that will only lead to deeper confusion and conflict.
Reacting to this situation by getting upset will only entrench us more deeply in the undesirable relationship. Only by disengaging, becoming still, and going within can we begin to forgive The more we are able to do this, the less we will be bothered by the other person’s dramas and the more we will be free to respond in a new way or not at all. In the light of our new awareness, the situation will untangle itself and we will slowly break free of such negativities.
When unhealthy people try to hook us into their patterns with mind games and power trips, we can remind ourselves that we have the power to keep our peace.This takes the focus off the troubling individual and puts it back on us, giving us the opportunity to change the situation from the inside out.
There is nothing to be gained and a lot to loose of yourselves by such negative expressions.
One must respect himself before he can respect another. By verbal and written abuse of Sri Prakash Gossai and his family members, a whole lot of who YOU are is revealed… “As a man thinketh- SO IS HE”
Watch your thoughts.. and your speech and your acts… You become them.

Assuming Guyana economy was striving and equal to the American economy:
Several immigrants who came from Guyana and settled in America would have never strive to be religious figures if they had continued living in Guyana or even if they were born and grew up in India. They should be complemented for doing so. However, when a few individuals bring the gutter out of their roots, the impact on several innocent people is immeasurable.
Ego happened to be the driving force behind:
1. Several of these people who fight for what others have achieved.
2. Several of these people who try to tarnish the characters of others.
3. Several of these people who blatantly copy other individuals’ dreams and good work and attempt to take credit for the other individuals’ dreams and good work. This is similar to copy cats in crimes!

Whoever you are, I urge you to pray and ask Maha Lakshmi to burnt every trace of evil with in you. We need to take a deep look at your selves and see what we can learn from others. The time you take to knock this great soul down,because of your short comings, you need to look and see all the wonderful work he has done for humanity. We are human and we will make mistakes in our lives, but you need to talk about some of the good things and the sacrifice he has made for Hinduism and Humanity of the whole.
Who is ever is responsible for this is just another fake rubbed stamp in our society, you need to take a look with in your family circle and see what is going on there my dear friend the time you take to look at Prakashjee front door you need look see all the black bulls that are running out of your back doors. Its sad to see the quality of brothers and sisters. I quote “Rev Jesse Jackson if you can’t pick a man up then don’t knock him down” and you should be ashame of your self to do what you are doing to another human soul. The seed that you are sowing a day will come that you will reap the fruit and then you will sit and cry bitter tears, or it may fall upon your children or grand children. My dear friend please be careful and stop sowing the seed of hate, it will come back to haunt you and your entire family. Because doing good frees us from the bondage of our mental and physical problems. It frees us from the bondage of the tamasic and rajasic states - the dark state of laziness and the dense state of hyperness.
My friend you should never do self-destructive things,not should you worry about getting results from good that we do. Good work ALWAYS bears good fruit, Dedicating our-selves to high principles and noble people is always good. Living a good life is always good, just as living a bad life is always bad.
Ego only sees ego. Ego has a very short range perception and short range goals. Ego is never far sighted, ego si always short-sighted.
If we control our ego, then automatically we become established in compassion; but if we don’t control our ego then we get caught in our emotions. that’s why it’s very necessary or everybody to control their ego.

Allow me to introudce my self. My name is Mr. Ali and I am very devout Muslim. I want to share with you an article that I have read in the West Indian News Paper for Diwali, where the writer “Ugres all Religious Leaders, Organizations To Join Forces To Creat A Better Society.” for the welfare of humanity. After reading all of this I want to share this with you, may be it will be a wake call for all of us. The write extends Deepavali greetings to all Hindu brothers and sisters on the occassion of the “Festival of Light.” According to the his message Diwali, the “Festival of Lights,” is the most important festival for Hindus around the globe. In his message to both Hindu and non-Hindu community he noted that Deepavali is an important Hindu festival and is of a greatreligion.
He pointed out that while all religious organizations have the same purpose they do not always work in unity, as such he urged all religious leaders and organizations to join forces to create a society with better understanding for the welfare of humanity. He expressed the hope that activities sucha s this one would set the tone for greater aspirations and cooperation amongst religious organizations and thiers leaders,noting that “IN UNITY LIES STRENGHT.” Alluding to the universal message of Deepavali-the inveitable triumph of light over darkness.
He stressed that there must be repect and tolerance for all human race regardless of ethnicity, creed or religion, and warned aganist the attempt by some in the society to sow the seeds of discord based on the clor of “our skin.”

First I haven’t seen in any one of my posting, a description of your writing in terms of language. I did made reference to mentality. I would ask you to look at your key board – the “y” key is next to the “t” –a typo error.

It seems to me that you are confirming that oo7 Guruji was in the courtroom!

This does not imply suffering from a MRSA infection. What it implies is that these people are acting like MRSA. These people are persistent and they change their identity each time they surface. In one of their previous rounds of dirty distribution they opened an email account and distribute defamatory information about Shri Prakash and the Florida Mandir and then they close the email account. In this round of attack on Shri Prakash, they started with oo7 Guruji, followed by a few other mutants. This is similar to MRSA treacherous and evasive way of attacking and surviving –MRSA mutate and change its genetic structure to resist the effect of drugs used in treatment. These people pose a difficult challenge to the people who have to deal with them, the same way that MRSA.
With regards to your text emphasizing on infection of the genitals –this is so far from reality in the real world as MRSA infections are more pronounce in other parts of the body — since you post distorted information about MRSA infection, you should provide a more accurate description to rectify the impression that you created on your audience.
You should also apologize to oo7 Guruji for making such assumption as this is very damaging to him. Again what goes for one goes for all, including you!

This decision was taken, subsequent to the fact that Shri Prakash met with Basdeo Jagnandan and Ramanand Rewah in mid-May 2005 and informed them during those meetings that their membership would be terminated and they would be expelled from the organization effective May 31, 2005 if they continue being malicious to Bhuvaneshwar Mandir, Inc. and their membership would be terminated effective May 31st 2005.
Expelled are: Ramanand Rewah, Basdeo Jagnandan, Vidyawattie Rewah, Roopnarine Preetipaul, Harriram Sarju, Bobby Rampersaud, Sumant Datadeen, Rajkumarie Pritipaul, Lallina Datadeen, Elsie Jagnandan, Tribowan Lall, Geeta Garib, Vick Garib and Prem Maraj.
The expulsion and termination of membership of the above-mentioned individuals is effective May 31st 2005.

As per your memo dated on 06-02-05, you stated that in the month of May 2005, you and the other Gossai’s associates experienced the worst of Pandit Rewah, B. Jagnandan and the other expelled members. However, you did not state the specific malicious activities committed by this group; can you document the supposed malicious activities- time and place? Whether such actions warrant the presence of the Police or/and the Sheriff Department? Any reports to substantiate the same? In your Bye-Laws, is it stated, that the President and the Treasurer have the authority to expel any members for malicious acts? Were these expelled members given an opportunity to defend themselves against these charges? If so, kindly produce minutes of these hearings. These actions were committed in May 2005 and the firings were done in June 02, 2005. Why the rush?
Treasurer Baijnauth this the first time in the history of any organization that the TREASURER has the authority to expel, terminate and fire any members from an organization and in this case, a Mandir!
Now Mr. Treasurer, you and your President should analyze these FACTS and determine whether they are MALICIOUS and also when and who committed these acts.
MALICIOUS means – act of ill will, desire to do harm; evil, spiteful.
A brief history of the Mandir.
A committed and determined group of Hindus under the leadership of Pandit Rewah, embarked on constructing a new Mandir in the Winter Garden Fl. The project started in January 2003, by September 2004 with 80 % of the building completed, and a project completion date of January 2005, it was decided to hold the Mandir’s first Election in December 2004. With such decision, the TROUBLE STARTED. Gossai in his testimony stated that he instructed his God children about 20 members not to participate in the election. His system of managing the Mandir is to select 9 to 11 members of his choice and he will appoint them to the respective office again of his choice.
Election was announced October 17th 2004 and voting of officers were elected in December 19, 2004. Three days after the announcement of the election an executive committee member was verbally abused by three females over the phone. On December 14, 2004, a memo from Gossai —-No Election as my CHARACTER is being ASSASINATED. THREE of the eight elected officers were Gossai’s God Children with the following offices— VICE PRESIDENT, SECRETARY, and PUBLIC RELATION OFFICERS.
List of Malicious Acts That Followed By Gossai and Associates
1. On February 3rd, 2005 Gossai, along with Treasurer Roopram Baijnauth and Seeyu Baldeo both signed as witnesses, transferred 2 Acres of Mandir’s property to Gossai’s daughter Pratishka Gossai without the knowledge, permission and authority of the members of the Mandir. This transfer is being challenged as a fraudulent transaction. The same day, around 7:00 p.m., Gossai insulted the Priest and the President of the Mandir, President: “You are a liar; you did not put your properties as COLLATERAL for the LOAN that was used to build the Mandir.” The President presented all the relevant documents to the satisfaction of Gossai and all present. Gossai never apologized.
2. On April 4th, 2005 around 3:35 pm, Treasurer Roopram Baijnauth and Seeyu Baldeo attempted to freeze Mandir’s Bank’s Account; bank refused their request.
3. On April 10th, 2005, 8:30 a.m. at Sunday Service, DEAD BOLT was installed on front door of the Mandir.
4. ON April 21st, 2005, around 4:00 pm, Roopram Baijnauth and Seeyu Baldeo finally closed Mandir’s bank account withdrawing $ 12,261.33.
5. On April 24th, around 11: 40 pm, Gossai’s group disrupted on going Sunday Morning service. (Video available).
6. From February 20TH, 2005 TO October 16th, 2005 Gossai’s group did not attend regular Sunday Service.
7. From May 4th, 2005 to May 7th, 2005, Gossai conducted Bhajans singing in the Mandir without informing the executives and members. However, he was not prevented from using the Mandir. At least he should have had the DECENCY and COURTESY to inform the other side.
8. On May 8th, 2005 8:30 am on Sunday, Mother’s day, an African American with questionable police records, prevented the Priest and about 100 devotees from entering the Mandir. He stated that he was acting on the instruction of BISHOP GOSSAI, who left the area the night before. In his statement to the police, he claimed that he was promised a fee of $6,000.00 from BISHOP GOSSAI to help him take over the MANDIR. This African American, the bouncer, was later arrested and charged. Police Report # 05-31912.
9. On May 15TH, 2005 Sunday morning, all LOCKS were changed on the building. ( Mandir).
10. Sometime during May 22nd and May 28th 2005, all Four Air Condition Units were vandalized Police Report # 25-48799. Affidavit identifying who vandalized the units.
11. On October 23rd, 2005, around 1:00 PM, Gossai’s faction entered Mandir and demanded to conduct a birthday service. They were allowed to use the Mandir. From the 23rd of October to March 5th, 2006, Gossai’s faction continued to conduct service every Sunday in the Afternoon without contributing a cent towards the mortgage and utilities- totaling $4,945.00 per month, Roopram Baijnauth in a letter “NO PAYMENT”.
12. On December 18th, 2005 around 1:00 pm Sunday Service was disrupted by Gossai’s group.
13. On January 29th, 2006 around 1:30 pm Sunday service was disrupted by Gossai’s group.
14. On January 29th, 2006 around 1:30pm Sunday Service again disrupted by Gossai’s group.
15. On March 3rd, 2006 property-the Mandir was sold by Gossai to bring his group of seven members of the same family his God Children namely—Premchand Baijnauth, Devika Baijnauth, Jainarine Baijnauth, Adawanauth Baijnauth, Kawola Baijnauth Baldeo, Nanadaram Haricharan [Brother-in-law of the Baijnauth] and others. Gossai was not even the PRESIDENT of the Mandir. This sale is also being challenged in court as a fraudulent transaction.
Now Treasurer ROOPRAM BAIJNAUTH, please examine these actions by you and Gossai’s associates, then determine whether they are MALACIOUS or RIGHT, ADHARMIC or DHARMIC.
The worst malicious activities were done in May, 2005 as stated in your Memo. Are you referring to the following,
1. May 8th, the Bouncer-the African American.
2. May 15th, all locks were changed in the Mandir.
3. May 22nd to May 28th, all four air condition units were vandalized.
Tell the world who committed this adharmic acts. Show AFFIDAVIT that identifies the names.

Oh Dear 007 Guruji! You have such a long tale. Do you think people in their good senses will believe your story? First, Bhuvaneshwar Mandir, Florida was formed in October 2002 –his is in public records. Next the property was bought and deeds transferred from the Guthrie brother and sister to Bhuvaneshwar Mandir and Essardai Rajkumar on December 19th 2002 – this is in public records.
The closing documents from December 19th 2002 includes a Note from Suntrust Bank taken by Essardai Rajkumar, the Schedule A of the title insurance, the proposed new survey that was prepared by the Guthrie and other facts that clearly reveals that Bhuvaneshwar Mandir was purchasing 2 acres of land and Essardai was purchasing the other two acres of land.
The land was always in Essardai name. Therefore, Shri Prakash did not transfer the land into Essardai or anybody else name.
The following is an excerpt from my book:
The Establishment of Bhuvaneshwar Mandir in Florida
“The thought of bringing the work of Shri Prakash to Florida surfaced with the Baijnauth brothers and sisters and their families. Kawola and Seeyu Baldeo moved to Florida and settled in Oakland. At the back of their mind it was their desire that the work of Shri Prakash should be brought to Florida. As much as they wished, this did not become apparent until Devika and Roopram Baijnauth moved to Florida and settled in the same subdivision as the Baldeo family. Bidyawattie Baijnauth and her family also moved into the same subdivision. The other brothers and sisters moved in other areas of Central Florida.
The Baijnauth clan (Really! They are fifteen brothers and sisters; nine that I know of in Florida) ideas were materializing. The presence of Roopram and Devika in Florida was driving the desire of the Baijnauths. The couple felt out of place not able to attend Mandir. Thus serious discussions were held with Shri Prakash.
After several meetings and discussions Bhuvaneshwar Mandir filed its Articles of Incorporation on October 9th 2002.
Bhuvaneshwar Mandir looked at several parcels of land and was close to deciding to buy a parcel located off of Hwy 561 when Bidyawattie and her husband Nandaram Harcharran saw the sale sign went up at 600 Hull Island Drive. As the couple explored the possibility of buying the property for themselves, the thought came to their mind that the property is situated at a wonderful site for the establishment of a Bhuvaneshwar Mandir. They took the idea to the rest of the Baijnauth clan.
After the discussion that took place between the Baijnauth clan and Shri Prakash, it was a major desire to buy this said parcel of real property placed on the market for sale by Brian Guthrie and Cathy Guthrie.
Buying a property is a far cry from having a desire. Bhuvaneshwar Mandir needed money to buy the property. As this hurdle got in the way, the only hope was for Shri Prakash to come up with some great idea from inspiration. He did! Shri Prakash placed his first phone call to Pam, the sister of Essardai Rajkumar. Pam was not in a position to provide the help that Shri Prakash was requesting and asked Shri Prakash to call the Rajkumar family. Without any hesitation the Rajkumar family said “Yes” to the request of Shri Prakash.
The Rajkumar family themselves had just invested in their personal endeavors. Their “Yes” meant that they were going to take a loan and then lend the money to Bhuvaneshwar Mandir.
Bhuvaneshwar Mandir signed a sales agreement with Brian Guthrie and Cathy Guthrie.
As the closing date approached in December 2002, the seller encountered problems with Orange County. The seller had a total of four plus acres of land surveyed as Parcel 1 and Parcel 2. It was the hope that the property would have been resurveyed in a Parcel C and a Parcel D. The proposed survey allocated the two acres to the east as Parcel C and the two acres to the west as Parcel D. Essentially the legal description of the property would change as part of Parcel 1 and part of Parcel 2 become Parcel C while the remaining part of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 would become Parcel D. Cathy Guthrie and Brian Guthrie would not get the new survey in the expected time. Thus, they decided that they would have to sell the entire property as is and the buyer could do the resurvey if so desired.
The sales agreement between Bhuvaneshwar Mandir and Brian and Cathy Guthrie was one hundred and thirty five thousand dollars. The price that the sellers now wanted, with the inclusion of the western two acres described as Parcel D in the proposed new survey, was one hundred and seventy five thousand dollars. Brian and Cathy Guthrie conveyed this information to the established Bhuvaneshwar Mandir, Inc.
The news was a major set back to Bhuvaneshwar Mandir as the organization did not have money to buy the first parcel of land much less the second parcel. They were dependant on a loan from the Rajkumar family. This was a frustrating moment for Bhuvaneshwar Mandir. The developing situation was related to Essardai Rajkumar.
Discussions went on between Shri Prakash and the Rajkumar family. The Rajkumar family decided that they would buy the second parcel, labeled Parcel D as described in the proposed new survey, for their privately owned property. Whatever personal plan Essardai had for the parcel of land that she and her husband were going to buy was their personal business and remains their personal business.
The Rajkumar family was hoping to lend Bhuvaneshwar Mandir one hundred thousand dollars towards the purchase of the parcel described as Parcel C in the proposed new survey. However they were only able to provide ninety thousand dollars. This was all that they got from a mortgage note with SunTrust bank. Bhuvaneshwar Mandir thus needed to find forty five thousand dollars from alternative sources.
In November 2002, Bhuvaneshwar Mandir had its first Bhajan Mala at the Baldeo’s residence. Twelve thousand dollars was raised from this event. It was Shri Prakash who touched the hearts of the people who contributed the twelve thousand dollars! Shri Prakash’s humble presentation touched the heart of everyone present including two White Folks who donated one thousand dollars each. Shri Prakash was able to secure thirty four thousand dollar loan from other devotees. The ninety thousand from the Rajkumar family together with the twelve thousand from the fund raising event and the thirty four thousand from other devotees enabled Bhuvaneshwar Mandir to reach the needed one hundred thirty five thousand dollars to purchase Parcel C as described in the proposed survey.
Bhuvaneshwar Mandir, Essardai Rajkumar and the sellers Brian Guthrie and Cathy Guthrie closed on the sale of the property at 600 Hull Island Drive on December 19th 2002. As seen in the Deed, the property was bought jointly between Essardai Rajkumar and Bhuvaneshwar Mandir, Inc.
It is important to note that the property was in Essardai Rajkumar’s name since December 19th 2002. There was a mutual agreement that upon the approval of the new surveys by Orange County, Essardai Rajkumar would sign a Quit Claim type Deed to allow Bhuvaneshwar Mandir, Inc. to have sole ownership of its property and Bhuvaneshwar Mandir, Inc. would sign a Quit Claim type Deed to allow Essardai Rajkumar to have sole ownership of her property. Essardai had the right to enjoy the property without the interference of anyone else including Bhuvaneshwar Mandir, Inc. and to sell at her will without the interference of anyone else including Bhuvaneshwar Mandir, Inc.
Shri Prakash vision for Bhuvaneshwar Mandir was to establish a sold foundation that enables the Mandir to serve Sanatan Dharma to the greatest extent. Recognizing this vision he established a working committee in January 2003. The expectation was that the working committee would work towards achieving the goals of the organization, which he explicitly defined. With great dedication and hard work the working committee worked along with Shri Prakash diligently to achieve the initial goals of the organization. The minutes of the organization reveal the tremendous achievements of the organization in a short period of time.
The great success achieved was due to the selfless efforts of the individuals involved as people recognize the divinity in the cause. Bhuvaneshwar Mandir progress was primarily due to great adoration of Lord Bhuvaneshwar (Lord Shiva). This is really how happiness should come. People look for happiness in material objects. Sometimes they look for it in the wrong place and become obsessed in their quest to derive such bliss. However, their quest fails miserably as they find refuge in materialistic objects that provide only temporary success and eventual self-destruction.
I firmly believe that those who don’t necessarily look for bliss derive happiness through their spiritual faith. First of all, if you are this demanding on Usha for something that she only has very little knowledge about, what do you think OO7 and his quarto will do? I have immense knowledge of the issues and I choose how I monitor the flow of this information. OO7 and his quarto are fully aware of all my involvements, yet they ensure that they avoid me. The reason why OO7 made it look like Shri Prakash denies that there are lawsuits is because he wants people to get annoyed and tempted to disseminate information that he is not aware of – this will not happen.

Reading the comments on the Gossai’s Saga in Florida, it is mentioned by someone that the structure of Mandirs is in accordance of the Vedas. Please enlighten us which one of the four Vedas stipulates organizational structure of Mandirs. Were there Mandirs during this period? This is a ploy to cover-up the actions of Gossai. Any part of the Vedas give Gossai the authority to fire members from the Mandir and to dispose of Mandir’s properties; especially to his relative. Remember, Gossai did not have power and authority to run his own house. He was terminated and evicted by virtue of divorce decree.

A BROOKLYN MAN’S sympathy over a friend’s marital woes led to the bombing of her husband’s car in Valley Stream last year, police revealed yesterday.
More than a year after Soodash Sackichand’s 2003 Toyota Corolla blew up in a explosion that shook homes and awoke residents on sleepy Rushfield Lane, detectives say they have now arrested all four men behind the bomb blast.
“We’re really happy to close the case out,” Detective Sgt. Kevin Power, head of the Nassau Police Department bomb squad, said yesterday.
The 1:37 a.m. explosion on March 24, 2005, was linked to Michael Taska, 50, of 432 Midwood St., Brooklyn; his nephew, John Bulger, 26, and Bulger’s two pals, cops said.
Taska, a limo driver, was a friend of Sackichand’s now ex-wife, Shobna, 36, whom Taska met while taking a real estate course, according to police.
The couple, though in the midst of a divorce, were still living together with their two young children, police said.
“During the course of their friendship, she discusses [with Taska] her marital relationship and the problems with it,” Power said.
Taska took it upon himself to cause some misery to his friend’s husband, and asked his nephew to vandalize the man’s car, Power said.
“He is not asking them to blow the car up. He is asking them to cause damage to the car,” Power said. “They decide to go ahead and blow it up.”
Bulger, 26, of Far Rockaway, Queens, and his buddies, Steven Hue, 22, of Valley Stream, and Kevin Biondi, 22, of Franklin Square, met at Biondi’s home and cooked up a homemade bomb, police said.
Then they drove to the home where Sackichand, 39, a systems engineer for a financial firm, lived with his wife and two children, a then 5-year-old boy and 3-year-old girl, police said.
After breaking a window in the car and setting off its alarm, the men allegedly lit the bomb’s fuse and threw it into the vehicle, causing an explosion that blew off the car’s roof, nearly knocked off its four doors and sent glass shards flying onto rooftops.
“It caused substantial damage to the vehicle. This was not a firecracker,” Power said, adding that no one was hurt by the blast, which did not spark a fire.
Biondi, who was the last to be arrested on Wednesday, was arraigned yesterday in District Court. Cops nabbed Taska, Bulger, who is a warranty adviser, and Hue, a clerk for the New York State Racing Association, last week.
Taska was charged with criminal mischief, aggravated harassment and conspiracy.
He faces up to four years in prison if convicted.
His nephew and two pals were charged with numerous crimes, including arson, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal mischief. They face a maximum 25 years in prison if convicted.

There are police reports available about the Chambers issue.
007 have several videos.
There was a report filed about AC vandalization — whether it was vandalize or not is hard to say.
Shri Prakash is not the one who had connections with Chambers. I had.
The police had a long and elaborate discussion with me about the entire issue before they booked Chambers. When Chambers was fingerprinted, the police called home and asked me to bail out Chambers and I did at the request of the police. The police did not file charges against Chambers, even though he had a license plate that expired for seven years.
Chambers once lived in my neighborhood. I stood up for his family when the homeowner association decided to discriminate against his family.
Shri Prakash is not responsible for Chambers activities. Rather the confrontation between Chambers and his opponent was sparked from a phone conversation between the two men.
I introduced Chambers to Shri Prakash and he only knows Chambers based on that introduction.
The Chambers incident was in May 2005. Bhuvaneshwar Mandir sold the property to the Ashram in March 2006.

Narad why are u lying so much and u associate yourself with a church.[Mandir] whose basic principle is TRUTH. I attended the function every night. Gossai had a singing concert from May 4th to the 8th,2005.from 7.00pm to 9.30pm. On the first night May 4th,around 6.00pm you and Gossai had a meeting with Chambers in the dining area.At 7.00pm the start of the concert,Gossai welcome CHAMBERS and then he was garland[a MALA of flowers] around his neck. He attended Thursday,Friday and Saturday night session.Around 10.15 pm Saturday night,there was another meeting with you ,Gossai,Chambers and a few of the Baijnauths; possible gossai giving Chambers final instructions. Gossai skip town that Saturday night after planning his COUP-D-ETAT,[TAKEOVER].At 8.30 am Sunday morning, regular Sunday service, the resident priest and about 80 devotees were prevented from entering MANDIR.The Mandir was occupied around 5.00am by Gossai faction. This was Mothers Day May 8th. I do not have a copy but what I can remember reading from it,Chambers stated that Gossai instructed him to prevent the priest from entering the Mandir;he exactly did that.He stated he was acting on behalf of Gossai to place the new minister in the Mandir and NOT TO ALLOW the the priest from entering. He was trying to help Bishop GOSSAI and the MINISTER in a TAKEOVER of the Mandir.He was promised a fee of $6,000.00 for his services.Besides being lying about his identity. It was not a singing concert. It was a four session Ramayan Satsang. This satsang was planned to be completed by Shri Prakash on Mother Day, the 8th of May 2005, but because of the aggression of the dissidents, Shri Prakash left and asked that the members finish the Satsang without him. As you claimed that you were there every night, this was announced and you should have been aware. There are some devotees who should have these documentations on video – I am assuming.

Baldeo is the only one who wears a KURTA and his MALA of BEADS. He is the one who worked the hardest to build Bhuvaneshwar Mandir and who is one of the most committed to the Mandir. Why would he damage the four units of AC? This is very sarcastic!
Most recent Baldeo put off his personal work and spent two weeks dedicated service to build the Alter in the Mandir. You should not be treacherous to a man like Baldeo. This is a clear indication of your ignorance and vindictiveness.
I wrote in posting #63 “a blackman by the name of Martin Luther King led a struggle that made it possible for all of us to be here: another blackman names Micheal Ford gave his life to save all Coolie leaders in Guyana: another blackman provided information to foil the X-13 plan. It was the Baijnauth family dream to build a Mandir in Central Florida. Their dreams were blessed with the help of Shri Prakash and Essardai Rajkumar. It is not realistic to snatch someone else dreams and make them yours. Therefore each one of you who want to do this needs to reevaluate the concept of reality– Consider the fact that Shri Prakash wanted to be in the Florida Mandir on Mothers Day 8th May 2005 and had to change his mind because of the attitude of the dissidents.

I thought I should just let you know that the Mandir in Florida was built because the Baijnauth family dreamt of building a Mandir in Central Florida. Their dreams were blessed with the help of Shri Prakash and Essardai Rajkumar. It is not realistic to snatch someone else dreams and make them yours.
My investigation revealed that the few people who wanted to snatch the dream came from three different Mandirs and they had problems at these Mandirs.
Your posting is confirming that there was a conspiracy to snatch the Mandir. One of the dissidents did mention this at one of their gathering.

Some insight of the OO7 infarction:
Kuntiji revealed that she is highly misinformed. She is hostile to the Executive of Bhuvaneshwar Mandir and to me; but the most important she cares about the Children. I will ignore her hostility and embrace her caring for children. We can have positive outcome from discussions with Kuntiji.
Usha Persaud is blatant in her assault on young girls. She obviously is so selfish about her self-interest that she forgot that those young girls that she is labeling are children compared to her. She has no regards for the children, but only considered her generation. Without interfering/meddling in a New York issue, I want to state quite frankly that with Global Changes, every organization has to make changes to adapt to current situations. We are experiencing growth in all aspect and every organization must grow to accommodate the growth that affects the organization. Some people do not like changes and will criticize changes. Some get maliciously critical about changes and Usha Persaud fall in this category.
The several individuals who have from time to time maliciously attacked Shri Prakash, womanhood and their manhood failed to relate their grievances with the Florida Mandir. Instead they went at large to destroy Shri Prakash character.
I will point out that the greatest musical charm came from the mouth of Shri Krishna. Shri Krishna was flocked by the children of the world, both men and women. Beyond mankind, the Devetas, Gopies, etc. were charmed by Shri Krishna and they made their presence at the place where Shri Krishna was. I read an article where the author maliciously attacked Shri Krishna for his association with women. The author was a Guyanese. My conclusion therefore is these aggressors are confined to their personal pathological state of mind and sees the world of happiness as a treat to their existence. Mark my word here – I am not comparing Shri Prakash to Shri Krishna, but I am making a reference, so don’t come back with an inference in this form.
While I am aware that it was the Baijnauth families that came to Florida with the dream to establish a Mandir and that it was Shri Prakash dream to establish Bhuvaneshwar Mandirs in several locations, I am not sure if any of these aggressors had any dream about establishing Mandirs. I know the “Priest” want to say that he had the dream to establish Bhuvaneshwar Mandir. What are the good things or what are the bad things that OO7 will come out and say about the “Priest”.
The aggressors have made so much mention about Chambers presence at the Mandir in May of 2005. Why is the aggressors so tight lipped about the presence of Mr. Brooks at the Mandir in May of 2005?
Now let me end with Mothers Day May 8th 2005. At least Kuntijee established that I was somehow involved in preventing the “Priest” from entering Bhuvaneshwar Mandir – quite frankly the “Priest” OO7 and I were equally responsible for the “Priest” dilemma , not Chambers or anyone else (Chambers is only responsible for the confrontation that he had with the subject on the road).
Why? I performed the Bhumi Puja to open Shri Ganesh Mandir on April 10th 2005. And Yes I take command from the Devetas! There wasn’t any Bramhan present at the Bhumi Puja and when there is no Bramhan present, it is the responsibility of the Devetas to take direct responsibility to save Dharma. That is why Surya Bhagwan made his presence very obvious and took control of the happenings. OO7 you have video recordings to demonstrate that you the“Priest” stopped and asked your followers to join with me in honoring Surya Bhagwan – I see you are calling me a mad man, but you must understand where you are OO7 and you have a video recording to prove this.
I have learned enough to know that Shri Ganesh cannot be Lord Shiva (Lord Bhuvaneshwar); there are mantras specific for Shri Ganesh and there are mantras specific for Lord Shiva – these mantras are not interchangeable. I was fully aware that the original Bhumi Puja dedicated the existing Mandir and new structure to Lord Shiva. It is not realistic to rededicate the Mandir to Shri Ganesh. How did I handle this situation? I established Shri Ganesh Mandir on a small piece of land in front of Bhuvaneshwar Mandir. I further built a Shiva Lingam at the site. Shri Ganesh Mandir was therefore a separate entity located and localized at the site where I build the Shiva Lingam.
The “Priest” and his disciples always tried to stay away from that location where their Mandir was localized. It was absolutely justified that Bhuvaneshwar Mandir devotees worship in the new structure where they belong and Shri Ganesh Mandir devotees worship where Shri Ganesh Mandir was localized. Those outside chose to be Shri Ganesh Mandir members or spectators: they could have chose to go in the Mandir and be with Bhuvaneshwar Mandir. Like it or not, that was the reality of Mothers Day May 8th 2005.
I performed Puja at the site where Shri Ganesh Mandir was localized throughout the rest of 2005 and part of 2006(OO7 and his followers are fully aware of this). When it was appropriate, I performed a special Puja to close Shri Ganesh Mandir. It was the Birth of the Ashram of Central Florida – the home of Lord Shiva.

The same guy you were passionately in opposition to during the early stage of the saga..until you were told the “truth”. But it was not the truth!! Was it, Narad? We have too long been silenced by pandits, gurus, swamis’s etc. If we question them it is rude and adharmic. If we seek clarifications we are ostracized. Mr Rampersaud, a true dedicate devotee of the mandir who always open and close the mandir and of selfless dedication to the mandir did the Pooja. You participated ih the ceremony because you had that date booked for a birthday ocasion for you or your daughter 3 weeks before the CO (certificate of occupancy) was issues by the city. As you already had it planned you were allowed to participate in your pooja. However the COCONUT was broken by Mr. Rampersaud! Isn’t the coconut breaking ceremony the symbolism for christening an building, vehicle etc??

1. I was eleven years old when I studied the Ramayan and Mahabharata and understand these scripture very well since then.
2. I leaded one of the most stable Mandir in Guyana. Since I took leadership there, the Mandir was never unstable again. I took leadership of my Mandir when I was nineteen years old. The Mandir leadership stayed and remained strong even though I haven’t been around for years.
3. When I was arrested in 1985 on Election Day and was surrounded by two truck load dead squads, I wasn’t tasked to monitor– a Blackman name Pitt (CID Inspector) saved me.
4. When I stopped Torani from moving in 1989, I wasn’t tasked to monitor.
5. When Dr. Jagan stood on the same platform with me on a fund raising event (horse race) in 1991, I wasn’t tasked to monitor.
Go to the fist let say ten postings in this thread and you will see that you somewhat indirectly dragged me to stay on board.
The Ashram of Central Florida is my organization and I am obligated to defend the Mandir. Can we consider this a tasked to monitor characteristic? I think both of us should give it a thought – as the author of a question usually look for his answer with certain expectations.
How would I know what is Shri Prakash position on what is being discussed here. I don’t plan his schedule, he does not work with me and I do not work for him.
I embraced him because
1. I investigated and I am 100% sure that he is innocent of the accusations he is facing in Florida. Each one of my conclusion is backed by documents. He worked to build the Mandirs that he founded. I have examined the records of Bhuvaneshwar Mandir, Florida and found that even though he worked to build this Mandir, he did not control the funds – the accusations on the website are false and defamatory. I also examined the official documents of Bhuvaneshwar Mandir, Florida and know the full details of the land deals – again the accusations on the website are false and defamatory.
This is not the first time I have conducted an intricate investigation—my points were well taken in the previous investigations.
2. He has done an enormous amount of work to help Sanatan Dharma. He deserves my friendship and adoration.
If I give you “Yes” or “No” answers, you would not be able to determine whether I am honest or not. Thus I am giving you information so that you can draw a reasonable conclusion.
Additionally, you are fully aware that I am not going to provide answers with information that you really should not have. I do have a tendency to screen information as this is what I do on my regular job.

All the definitions mention fear of losing affection or relationship status with a loved one. All the definitions refer to vigilance or watchfulness in guarding that which is loved. These themes form the common meaning of jealousy in popular culture. Popular culture also uses the word jealousy to mean envy, as evidenced by the fact that every definition mentions envy or bitterness over other people’s advantages.

People do not express through a single emotion or a single behavior. In the case of emotional jealousy, an individual feels threatened by her or his partner’s emotional involvement with and/or love for a third party.” (Guerrero, Spitzberg, & Yoshimura, 2004, page 311) [6]

These definitions of jealousy share two basic themes. First, all the definitions imply a triad composed of a jealous individual, a partner, and a third party rival. Jealousy typically involves three people. Second, all the definitions describe jealousy as a reaction to feeling threatened. Jealous reactions typically involve aversive emotions and/or protective behaviors. These themes form the essential meaning of jealousy in most scientific studies.

Perhaps the overlapping use of jealousy and envy occurs because people can experience both at the same time. [11] A jealous person may envy the affection that his or her partner gives to a rival–affection the jealous person feels entitled to himself or herself. People often use the word jealousy as a broad label that applies to both experiences of jealousy and experiences of envy. [12]
Although popular culture often uses jealousy and envy as synonyms, modern philosophers and psychologists have argued for conceptual distinctions between jealousy and envy. For example, philosopher John Rawls [13] distinguishes between jealousy and envy on the ground that jealousy involves the wish to keep what one has, and envy the wish to get what one does not have. from time to time people say a lot of things on this site we do not agree with or support, but we will not delete it or censor the offending writers. [we may very well lead a verbal assault against the offending idiot...and we reserve that right]
it’s left to each person to decide what they say and don’t say on propaganda press because this site is a global public forum to air laundry. both dirty and clean.
we will not delete anything that appears here. if someone can’t censor themselves, we’re sure someone else will step up to the task, but it won’t be us.

Just to let you know the Mandirs that these people are reckoning over are running smoothly and peacefully.
None of these aggressors are members of the Florida Mandir in question. The Forida Mandir, The Ashram of Central Folrida opens its door to everyone and membership is free and open to the everyone.
None of these New Yorkers knows what they are really fighting over — personal issues or New York issues or whatever is stressing them out, they do not have the right to maliciously attack the Florida Mandir.
The Ashram of Central Florida has an outstanding relationship with other Mandirs in Central Florida and all Promotors of Indian Culture in Central Florida. The two people who file the lawsuits cannot go to any of the other Mandirs in Central Florida and have a standing welcome or sympathy.

Do you think Black sells their votes?
Have you asked the parents of these children permission to post their children pictures on propaganda press with the above labeling or even without a label?
It clearly shows that you did not consider these children welfare before your mission. Think about it; put yourself in one of these children shoe or in their parent shoe – how would you like if someone adds such a label or post the picture without permission?
Have you considered the negative psychological impact of this label on these children and their parents?
Have you considered the impact on these children educational “mind-setting”?
Have you considered how many people got killed because of their picture being display in the media?
How do you know if someone is not targeting one of these children parents and can recognize the child in this picture? This has happened in the past and led to brutal murders. Remember Guyana is a third world country with inadequate security for the poor people. Additionally Indians think less of Blacks in Guyana – an inequality that everyone needs to work towards rectifying.
Now I am going to assume that you are sincere that you have nothing against Black and I am rebuking myself for stating “Obviously, you are a Racist!” Additionally, you have my sincere apology for my assertion!
I do want you to address the above issues and make things clear.
