Mrs. Justice Georgina Wood the new woman chief judge of Ghana
Mr. Justice F K Kpegah, the law lord who has been holding the Judiciary, since the death of former Chief Justice Acquah has offered his shoulders for Mrs. Justice Georgina Wood to lean on.
Yesterday, she was officially sworn in by President Kufuor as Ghana’s new Chief Justice making history as Ghana’s first woman Chief Justice and indeed perhaps one of the few women in history to become Chief Justice of a country.
