Popularity Contest is a WordPress plugin that keeps track of activity on your blog and calculates a popularity percentage for each post and page.
The popularity display you see:
Popularity: 27% [?]
…and as you can see, propaganda press is a full.time user of this plugin.

we’ve stopped using this plugin as it is giving us a world of headaches since upgrading to the latest version of wordpress today. we’ll come up with a new solution for the propaganda press top 10
