there’s a lot of idle chatter and denigrating Natasha Ramen at big brain central by people who obviously don’t know what the hell they are talking about especially when it comes to getting  restraining orders / orders of protection in New York State. you just don’t pull up at the drive through and get one. maybe it’s high time that propaganda press starts moderating comments on it’s new off.shoot less it turns into another forum for lawless rum boogie from Guyana to display their ignorance and stupidity. or is it too late to close the barn gates as these animals are runnin free?

Criminal Court. You can get an Order for Protection, whether or not you are related to your abuser, in criminal court. However, an Order of Protection can only be issued after criminal charges are filed. If you are pressing charges against your abuser, the district attorney will handle the case. If charges are being made against you, you should get an attorney to defend you.
