Lord’s Resistance Army Joseph Kony and his deputy Vincent Otti missing in action
Uganda’s Defence Minister says the two top rebel leaders of the Lord’s Resistance Army have not arrived at assembly points in Sudan despite previous reports that they had. Under a peace deal, the deadline for Joseph Kony and his deputy Vincent Otti to move to the neutral zones expired yesterday. It was earlier reported that they had arrived at the points. Uganda’s government is considering whether to extend the deadline.
