It’s my understanding that the U.S. neocon regime, as part of its strategy of encircling a wayward Venezuelan government, is using Guyana as one of its bases of operation, in order to destabilize the country from the east. Can this instability in Guyana too in any way be attributed, at least in part, to some covert U.S. militarization plan? Not to forget the likely Mossad connections thru Trinidad, etc…
