propaganda press! boycott Carifesta X

it’s been over two years now since we posted this article and we purposely never updated it. but as you can see, it’s been in the propaganda press hall of fame since we posted it and sits at #2 as of today. now you know and we know that a lot has happened on propaganda press and the world since feb 23rd 2006, but the issue never dies. we have an update of another recent incident with another wordpress luminary aka lorelle we find troubling. it began with this entry on propaganda press. oh!!! we forgot this one alex king and the little eichmanns of the wordpress community be sure to read this.

this is what happened when i attempted to get some traction on the wordpress forum about the racist attitude of flickr in deleting the photo account…this shows once again that this place called jesusland usa if full of weak kneeded so-called progressives

I know a lot of folks have done a lot of great work on the flickr plugin, but I’m recommending all people, especially Blacks and other minorities to stop using for hte following reasons.

I was using flickr to publicise some photos I’ve been collecting about lynchings for one of my sites propagandapress.org one day I received an email from a white gentleman who claimed that he was the owner of this photographs. now if you know anything about anything this is ridiculous, and even if this gentleman ‘owned’ these photos he should be on trial for accessory to murder in the least.
anyways, I ignored the gentleman and went on about my business. a couple weeks later I noticed that my photos were not appearing on my site any longer. i went to my account and tried logging on and it said that my account was terminated. i thought this was a mistake and emailed flickr, this is all I got in response.

this little smiling lady off to the left is Anna Zavala who is the culprit responsible for shutting down our flickr account. we wrote about Anna before and you can find out more about her. apparently Anna Zavala does not like mention of issues such as the lynching of black people in america on flickr. highlighting the crimes committed against Black people in America is prohibited content on flickr thanks Anna Zavala!

That account was terminated for a violation of the Flickr/Yahoo Terms of Service: posting prohibited content.

i’ve been trying to get more information out of flickr and they’ve been ignoring me so far. i would like the help of this community at wordpress to pressure flickr by getting this info out as much as possible.

maybe someone on this forum could tell me why my post about flickr and its racist attitude was deleted by ‘ifelse’ since he has not answered my querry.

Is discussion of racial intolerenace by the flickr company off limits on wordpress?

interesting given so many people use flickr and develop plugins for it.
they deleted my account without any explanation and has so far refused to give me a reason as to why it was deleted

We do try not to get into the arguments of “racism”, politics, religion, etc. here. While you may have a legit complaint, this isn’t the forum for airing it. This is why you have a blog; please use it.

This is a forum for support issues with wordpress, not whether you think flickr or anyone else is racist.
