vigil to remember Seattle-area Stolen Lives [killed by flaw enforcement]
October 22nd Coalition supporters:
We will be holding a vigil to remember Seattle-area Stolen Lives (killed by law enforcement) who were killed during the month of December. These include Michael Randall Ealy, Richard “Bear” McCartor Jr., Robert Wayne Guy Jr., DeOntrel Marcelle Davis, as well as numerous others. The vigil will be held this Saturday, December 31, from 1pm to 3pm at the corner of Rainier Ave S and S Henderson St. We invite you to stop by to pay tribute to those who were taken from their families near the Holidays at the hands of local police. We are looking for volunteers to write descriptions of Washington State Stolen Lives cases since the 2nd Edition of our book “Stolen Lives” was published in 1999 (now over 100 such cases); please let us know if you are interested in doing this important work.
